The Scalable Tools Communication Infrastructure initiative (STCI) is an open collaboration of Industry, Academia, and National Laboratories. It is bringing together best practices, to develop an Open Source, common, scalable, portable, and extensible run-time and communication infrastructure for the deployment of developer tools on the emerging peta- and exa-scale high performance computing systems. This presentation will focus on the infrastructure components which we would like to share with the community.
