Date: 1/2/99 Workout: skiing Skied from my parents' house to Hampton. Then walked back because my ski broke. A little less than an hour. Comments: A chilly windy snowy day.
Date: 11/3/99 Workout: skiing Skied from my parents' house to Capitol drive. A little more than 1.5 hours. Comments: Skiing is a nice change of pace. I'm getting ok at it.

I had a very hard time with the interval squats and didn't do all my hang cleans.

My legs were all tired afterward.
