We would like you to prepare two versions of your paper, one in postscript and one in HTML. Both versions will be in the online WWW proceedings for the workshop. In addition, printed proceedings will be distributed at the workshop.

Both versions are due May 18, 1998.

How to submit the files:

• For the postscript version of the paper, send it via email to both cao@cs.wisc.edu and sekhar@hpl.hp.com. NOTE: make sure there are no page numbers on the paper.
• For the HTML version of the paper, send us a pointer to a compressed tar archive consisting of all the files in the HTML version of the paper. We will then ftp the archive and put it in the online proceeding.

• Length: between 6 pages and 12 pages, try to keep it under 10 pages, maximum 12 pages (no extra page given after 12 pages).

• 2 column: 3.125 inches (") wide

• Gutter: .25"

• Font: Times Roman strongly preferred

• Left/right margin: 1"

• Top margin: 1"

• Bottom margin: 1"

• Title: 14 pt bold

• Text: 10 pt on 12pt (leading)

• Attributive info:
  Author's name 12 pt roman
  Author's affiliation 12 pt italic
  

• Headings: 12 pt bold

• Footnotes, equations & illustration captions: no smaller than 8 pts.

• Illustrations Black & white only
