What Wisconsin Idea means to our group:

For us, Wisconsin Idea is to encourage of sharing the knowledge we learn from College with the general public, especially the knowledge the public pay less attention at.

Topic

How the codes that programmers write are translated into the computer so that computers can understand it and run the programs

Reason: After researches on websites and discussion in the team, we find CS is hardly the topic of conversation for the general public mainly for two reasons:
