The database seminar is a weekly gathering of students and faculty interested in database systems. The meetings are hour-long and consist of presentations of recent research papers, practice talks, or invited talks. Local speakers may choose to present their own research work or recent publications from database conferences or related fields. Students interested in database systems are strongly encouraged to attend the seminar. To get notifications about the seminar, subscribe to the dbseminar mailing list. To subscribe/unsubscribe, please follow the instructions given on CS Public Mailing Lists .Please consider sharing your interesting work or a recent paper in database systems with the rest of the database group. Click on the schedule of the current semester, choose a free date and mail it to Akanksha Baid along with the title and abstract of your talk.
Where and When
Unless otherwise announced, the seminar is held in 3310 CS&S at 1:30 pm every Friday during each semester.
