Intensive Chemotherapy Regimen (CHOP+R)

Week 1:

· Day 1: Rituximab 600 mg

· Day 2: CHOP (Cyclophosphamide 800 mg + Epirubicin 40~50 mg + Vincristine 1.6 mg + Prednisone 50 mg)

· Day 3-7: Prednisone 50 mg

Week 2-3: rest

Repeat the above cycles for 6 months.
