This work is still under submission, On a hig level it deals with using comman machine learing models to provide for a rela time estimate of thermal and power characteristics of a system. These chrarteritics are further used to test a static application scheduler to mitigate the varition in thermal performance accross system components. We are in process of submission and revision for our work. I will update this section as son as we have a final word from the the Journal.
