Research Interests

As a member of the POEMS/MASC group, I work with Prof. Mary Vernon.

I am interested in a variety of issues concerning performance modeling and analysis of computer systems. The areas to which I have devoted my particular attention include:

In case you are curious ...

I was born in Taipei, Taiwan, where I received rigorous training in classical music and piano performance. As I pursued my post-secondary education in the United States, I rediscovered my "other" side of the brain and was converted to a computer scientist!

I am married to my physicist/musician husband, Jason. Here is a photo of us in formal attire.
