  • 2005 Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship: I was one of the 23 finalists selected for this scholarship from among 115 applicants from 80 different universities. As part of the scholarship, I had the opportunity to visit Google Headquarters at Mountain View, CA and participate in a workshop on educational and career issues of women in computer science.

  • Gold Medal from BITS, Pilani: I received Gold Medal from BITS Pilani for the Academic year 2003-2004, as one of the best graduating students of the Institute.

  • J.N. Tata Scholarship: I was selected as a J.N. Tata scholar in Jun 2004 and was awarded the prestigious J.N. Tata scholarship for higher studies abroad.

  • K.C. Mahindra Scholarship: I was also awarded the K.C. Mahindra Scholarship in May 2004.

  • BITS Merit Scholarship: I was the batch topper at BITS Pilani with a CGPA of 10.00/10.00 and was awarded the BITS Merit scholarship in every semester of undergraduate studies (Aug 2000- Jun 2004). This scholarship is given to the Top 10 students of each batch (consisting of about 850 students).

  • CBSE scholarship: I was the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) topper of Delhi and the Northern zone in the Senior Secondary Examination (March 2000) with an aggregate percentage of 96.6%. My name is still on the school toppers list!

  • I was awarded the Certificate of Appreciation by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India in recognition of the excellent academic performance and was given the oppotunity to attend the Republic Day parade of India (Jan 26, 2001) from the Prime-Minister's box.
