Here are some details on the exam:

  - It's during the usual class time, in the usual room.

  - It covers lecture, homework, and quizzes on chapters 1-4.

  - It's closed book.

  - It requires a calculator.

  - You may bring one sheet of notes (8.5" by 11"), with
    writing on both sides. I recommend writing on my posted
    formula sheet.

  - I'll provide the posted table(s).
