Description

The last of the dinosaurs was a strange creature. He lived under the sea, and his greatest pleasure was reading. He sat and read the classics, waiting for shipwrecks to drop literature for him, and was content. That is, until the day he got an Internet connection, and he saw how far we had fallen. Now he swears revenge on humanity for their crimes against language.

The goal of Attack of the 50ft Verbose Dinosaur is to destroy buildings by spelling words. The dinosaur has a number of letters stored in his spikes, which can be launched towards a building. Letters will connect to each other, and when they spell a word they will glow red. Hit a glowing word with a fireball, and it will explode, damaging the building; longer words with uncommon letters do more damage and award more points. Every so often, a helicopter will fly past towing a word with a letter missing; if the player hits the helicopter with the missing letter, a bonus is awarded such as extra time. The player must destroy all the buildings in each stage before the timer runs out.
