Description

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 - Vietnam is the first expansion pack for Battlefield: Bad Company 2. Using the technology of the original game it returns to the themes of the earlier Battlefield Vietnam title.

This add-on features fifteen new guns, six vehicles (jeeps, tanks, patrol boats, helicopters), and five maps that are all era-specific to that time. The maps all have themes true to that region, with dense jungle, rice fields, scorched valleys, tunnels and foxholes for instance. All weapons are available right away and do not need to be unlocked. There is also two hours worth of music with a 60's theme divided over eight radio channels. The game also includes new voice-overs for both sides of the conflict. All multiplayer modes of the original game are available for this expansion and playing the add-on is integrated with the full game, meaning that actions performed on the Vietnam maps also contribute to the overall leveling of the player's soldier.
