This is a Limited Edition of Halo 3 that comes in a metal collector's case. Also included are:

• The "Bestarium," a hardcover guide to the game's species, civilizations, and cultures.


• A bonus disc that includes Bungie's high-definition home theater calibration tool; "Art Attack" with concept, production art, an exclusive Dashboard theme, and gamer pics; a Halo-themed minigame; and a variety of short films on a wide range of subjects.

Packaging

Immediately following release, there were reports that the fastener attaching the discs to the metal box was not secure. The loose discs would get scratched up, occasionally rendering the discs unplayable. In response, Microsoft offered to replace any scratched Limited Edition discs through the end of 2007.
