Description

When the evil criminal mastermind Professor Duriarti captures and clones farm animals to do his evil deeds only one cow can stand up to his treachery. Supercow!

Supercow is a fast paced platform game where your main objective is to rescue all the kidnapped animals who've been transformed into monsters. There are 47 levels to this game and the levels are split within 10 stages. As Supercow, you must dash through levels and collect various treasures and stomp on enemies to kill them. Naturally there will be enemies who will need a different tactic to defeat them such as the porcupines who will require you to have hyper-hoofs to be able to safely stomp on them. There are a few other power-ups within the levels such as a super jump and an invulnerability sphere. Naturally there are also health and life power-ups.

Besides the typical patrolling enemy the player will also need to be on the lookout for flying enemies such as birds, suspended enemies such as spiders and of course traps and mechanisms of the levels themselves. Mechanisms such as giant blades will drop from a ceiling to cut the player and there are also a few pitfalls and flame-pits. To aid you through levels there are many jumps placed but of course these can be also detrimental if you are not careful where you are jumping up to. Also there are automated ramps and terrains of different properties such as icy levels. Some parts of the levels contain garbage bins and trash heaps which you can stomp to transform into flowers.

Not all levels require you to just find the exit, some require you find all the hidden keys or destroy all enemies. Defeating all the enemies of a level can also reward you with a trophy as will many other accomplishments which are prominently displayed in your in-game trophy room.

Controls are pretty basic in that you can run left or right and you can jump. The simplicity of this control scheme and the speediness of the levels allows the player to feasibly play the game using a mouse by slightly pulling the mouse to either direction and clicking to jump.
