Description

Tales of Monkey Island is a collection of all episodes of Telltale Games Monkey Island series:

• Tales of Monkey Island: Chapter 1 - Launch of the Screaming Narwhal
• Tales of Monkey Island: Chapter 2 - The Siege of Spinner Cay
• Tales of Monkey Island: Chapter 3 - Lair of the Leviathan
• Tales of Monkey Island: Chapter 4 - The Trial and Execution of Guybrush Threepwood
• Tales of Monkey Island: Chapter 5 - Rise of the Pirate God

The complete season was eventually released electronically as a package but it was already available as a whole if pre-ordered by buying the first episode in 2009. This collection is also available on a double-sided DVD directly from Telltale, with the following extras:

• Team commentary videos for each episode
• Fan-generated "I Wonder What Happens..." videos
• Video Trailers for the games and Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse
• Wallpapers and avatars
• Screenshots and Concept Art

Purchasers of the the digital download version can get the DVD for free (only shipping and handling needs to be paid) and also received some of the episodes a little earlier than single-episode buyers.

For the PS3 version this bundled collection was the first release on the platform in the series. Episodes were not available separately and that digital download version also does not include any of the extras.
