Lecture notes
I will make lecture notes available a week in advance (on Friday I will upload PDFs for the next week). The PDFs listed here as "Optional reading" are completely optional and will not be graded. I think they are all interesting documents. If you have comments on them, I am interested - email me. Do not confuse this with the paper reviews from Reader1 and Reader2 which are due at the begining of class.
