More Musical Nostalgia: A New Supergroup

I've been home sick with a cold today, and I got bored enough I revisted some web sites I hadn't been to in a while.

When I visited Below Empty, the Stone Temple Pilots fan site, I found out Robert and Dean DeLeo (bassist and guitarist for STP) are forming a band with Richard Patrick (vocalist from Filter). There was a news blurb on the STP web site back in September, but I just found out about it today.

The new band is called Army of Anyone. Their album is due out sometime in early 2006. I'm looking forward to it. I've enjoyed the recent supergroups (Velvet Revolver, Audioslave), so I'll be watching for the new album.
