Inner Sphere General: Draconis Combine, Federated Suns, Capellan Confederation,
	Free Worlds League, Lyran Alliance, Free Rasalhague Republic, Comstar,
	Word of Blake, all mercenary factions, and SLDF 3061 (note: 
	SLDF 2750 does not have access to the Inner Sphere General list)

Mercenary General: Northwind Highlanders, Wolf's Dragoons, all other mercs
	(including the Eridani Light Horse and McCarron's Armored Cavalry)

Periphery General: Magistracy of Canopus, Outworlds Alliance, Taurian
	Concordat, Marian Hegemony, Circinus Federation, pirates, other
	periphery minor powers

SLDF 2750 (except warships): all clan factions, Comstar, Word of Blake

SLDF 3061: Eridani Light Horse
