Strengthening Password Authenticaiton using SFE
A prototype of our SFE-based authentication protocol is available.

The file contains a modified version of the dropbear-0.52 SSH client
and server which implements SFE-based password authentication over an SSH
connection.
Privacy Preserving Genomics Tools
PPGT is the implementation used in our paper
"Practical Privacy for Genomics Computation". It consists of
a general purpose circuit compiler for creating and evaluating secure
circuits, and some privacy preserving protocols designed to evaluate
edit distance and the Smith-Waterman metric as described in the paper
