I work with Professor David Page , Professor James Thomson, and Professor Audrey Gasch. My research interests lies in data mining, artificial intelligence, machine learning, probabilistic methods, dynamical models, inductive logic programming, and statistical relational learning with applications to biological and medical data. I am particularly interested in the analysis of high-throughput genetics and molecular data for inferring gene regulatory networks.
