I am currently on the 2021/2022 academic job market.
I am a computer science PhD candidate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, working at the intersection of motion planning, motion optimization, and human-robot interaction. I work in the Visual Computing Lab and Human-Computer Interaction Lab, advised by Dr. Michael Gleicher and Dr. Bilge Mutlu.
My research involves formulating motion planning and motion optimization algorithms that generate feasible and effective robot manipulator motions in real-time. Using these motion algorithms as core components, I subsequently develop and evaluate robot shared-control interfaces that are intuitive and easy to use, even for novice users.
