I am a computer science PhD student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, working in Human-Robot Interaction.  I work in the Visual Computing Lab and Human-Computer Interaction Lab, advised by Dr. Michael Gleicher and Dr. Bilge Mutlu.

My work centers around the correspondence between human motions and actions and robot motions and actions.  For instance, I have developed telemanipulation methods that map human arm motions to robot arm motions in real-time to afford intuitive control of robot arms, as well as trajectory optimization techniques that allow human collaborators to interpret the intent of robot motion as soon as possible.
