(anything found within HTML
<code> elements, which includes nearly everything
labeled as a “listing”) available under a Creative Commons license that allows you to use the
code in whatever projects you want so long as I get credit for the code I
wrote (but you should read the license to be sure). That credit can be as
little as mentioning my name in a comment in your own source code, but if
you want to make a more public attribution, I won’t stand in your
way.
The text that accompanies the code is a different matter. For that, it’s “all rights reserved.”
