I am currently Researcher with the Condor Project at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
I received my Ph.D in Computer Science from the University of Chicago in 2001. My Ph.D. research was about Quality of Service (QoS). Specifically, I developed a QoS architecture named GARA that allows users to make advance reservations for QoS on a variety of types of resources. I have several papers decribing GARA. My advisor was Ian Foster.
