About the Author
Steven M. Barrett is the author of Hidden Mickeys guides to Disneyland, Walt Disney World, and the Disney Cruise Line. He lives in Seminole County, Florida, near Orlando. A Texas native, Air Force veteran, and former University of Oklahoma professor, Barrett relocated to the Orlando area from Houston, Texas in the mid 1990s. He began visiting the WDW parks every chance he got to enjoy the attractions, sample the restaurants, escort visiting friends and relatives, and find hidden Mickeys! His interest in them led him to write his three Hidden Mickeys field guides.

This book was a lot of fun for my family at Disneyland while waiting in line or at mealtime. It was also a great conversation starter and we ended up meeting so many nice people and we felt like Disney pro's being able to point out very fun hidden Mickey's around both Disneyland and California Adventure Park! Our children were 6 months and 8 years old. My advice is to read over the book before going and see what you can find/remember when you get to the park. That was very exciting to do and then we pulled the book out for hints. Feeling like a hidden Mickey insider was so "awesome " to our 8 year old!

If youre going to disneyland and want to have fun while waiting in those long lines take this book! While in line we would look at what hidden mickeys were in the ride and try and find them while on them, pretty cool!
