    Better than nothing

The guide was the only one I could find at short notice before I left. It barely gave enough information on Taipei and the maps were almost useless until I got there because the book doesn't have an overall map of the city to show the relationship between section maps. I did stay in a hotel covered by the book but the book failed to accurately describe the district that the hotel was in so I ended up surround by very active night life that consisted of young teenagers crowding into movie theaters , not very exciting for a person in my age group. Book was better than nothing, but only marginally.

    False advertising

Taiwan is NOT a part of China so disturbed that the advertisement for book lists it as part of China...
