This book is inspiring and historically accurate. It reminds us of a time when men endured hardships to keep our country soverign.
Today we still have brave men and women sacrificing so that we may remain free.

Being an avid history buff, I found this to be an interesting and easy to read narrative of Washington's attack on Trenton that cold Christmas night of 1776 and the "ragged ragamuffins" of the Continental Army who pulled it off. The narrative style made me feel as though I were physically present watching the whole proceedings from an aerial viewpoint. I recommend this to anyone interested in the history of our American Revolution.

Jack Levin is a true patriot as is Mark whom we all know and love! 'The Crossing' nails the events of this time right on the head. It is a short book, but with awesome details and pics depicting the time period. Jack puts the reader there at the scene.

A great little book. You can read it in a day or two. Uplifting story of a desperately needed turn-around at a time when all appeared lost for the American Revolution. Pray that we can do it again.
