NOTE:  You will no longer need to do the indented part of this message
when running the Mentor Graphics software on any machine in the CS
department.  Just go to step 6.

How to get Mentor to show up on your workstation:

        1. Copy everything in the directory ~cs552-1/public/Mentor/Fonts
        to a font directory in your account.  For instance
        "mentor/fonts".

        2. Do the command:  mkfontdir <your new font dir>

          For instance "mkfontdir mentor/fonts".

        3. Do the command:  fs setacl <your new font dir> system:anyuser rl

        4. Do the command:  chmod ugo+r <your new font dir>

        5. Do the command:  xset +fp <your full path to the font dir>

          For instance "xset +fp /u/b/e/bezenek/private/mentor/fonts"

6. On your machine (the one you are physically in front of,) do the command:
     xhost +<machine you're telnetting to in (7)>

7. Telnet to a nova machine.  On that machine, do the command:
     setenv DISPLAY <your machine from (6)>:0
