Academic Research

Im a Fourth year Graduate Student in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I work with Andrea C. Arpaci-Dusseau and Prof. Remzi H. Arpaci-Dusseau at the ADSL lab. My Research interests are in the area of File and Storage System Reliability.

Industrial Experience

• Intern, Image Backup, NetApp: Sunnyvale, CA [June 2008 - August 2008]
  I developed the Image Backup User Level Tool to browse the image file generated by the ONTAP Image Backup tool. The tool runs on any linux system independent of ONTAP.
• Member of Technical Staff, Database Security, Oracle India [July 2005 - August 2007]
  As part of the Database Security team, I worked on several new projects like Audit Vault, Data Vault and Fusion Security, gaining an indepth insight into key security challenges in databases as well as newer regulatory requirements that these products aim to service.
• Intern, Insead Business School: Fontaineblue, France [Jan 2005 - July 2005]
  I worked with IT team at Insead Business School to assist faculty and graduate students with their IT requirements for projects and course work. I worked on the NegoDeal software used in the course work of Negotiation Analysis by Prof. Ayse Onculer and helped Prof. Joel Peress with data extraction from the lexis-nexis data engine.
