4 points for stating the dependence relation correctly.

Q2:

4 points for writing the initial tableau correctly
4 points for constructing the Phase 1 tableau
8 points for pivoting correctly in Phase 1
4 points for writing down the final solution

Q3:

5 points for transforming the problem to "general" form
  and setting up the initial tableau correctly
6 points for doing (and explaining) the pivot required for Scheme II
6 points for performing simplex pivots correctly
3 points for identifying final solution.

Q4:

5 points for writing the initial tableau
10 points for pivoting correctly
5 points for identifying the final solution
