   Again your arguments are too luxury. To lift and move computers to build
the Internet is not dirty at all. Perhaps, you forgot about the context
others were talking about.

   To solve the instant conflicts, you cannot say "wait, I am going to build
Internet and will teach you a lesson twenty years later". Of course, you 
can do that and are appreciated but that is the only meaningful effort ( 
and sorry not the most meaningful either). The provocation of China 
cannot be awaited even for a month.

  It is not true that the WWII was won by the decipher. The WWII was won 
mainly by the blood of the Soviet Red Army at Stalingrad and Kursk. No 
decipher was there, just meat blending machines. Decipher may help the 
WWII be won a litle bit easily.

  Give the beggar at the gate of Ben Thanh market a lesson of Internet 
and see how he will appreciate it.
