Sunflower International Village starts construction in Haiphong

The Sunflower International Village LG-HP Company, a joint venture
between the Construction Company No. 3 Haiphong and the LG
Construction Company (South Korea), is currently completing the
first phase of the village with 104 high-quality apartments,
recreational sites and multi-functional shopping centers to serve
foreigners, thus helping to attract of foreign companies to invest
in Haiphong.

Some of the complaints about Haiphong it that it has the potential
for economic and production development but is short of housing and
recreational facilities for foreigners, this was a matter of concern
to both the LG Construction Company and the Construction Company
No.3 Haiphong these complaints led to the project to construct the
Sunflower International Village in this beautiful city.

The village will comprise two tennis courts with a total ar a of
1,600 sq.m, a 1,800-sq.m golf course and a 26-sq.m swimming pool.
The village will also contain a 3-story, 1,200-sq.m block for bars,
supermarkets and other services.

The Mitsui Group of Japan also has plans to invest in the
construction of a hospital and schools for foreigners in this area.
In the future, when the  construction of the new Road 5 has been
completed, roads linking the Sunflower Village with the
communication network of Haiphong will be built.
