RE: Rice export

Hi folks,

  I made few calls and have few informations:
   - The current rice price from VN is very competitive, if somebody can 
buy a big load: the whole ship.
   - The US used to be a big rice exporter, so the US rice business men used 
to have a large network of customers from Haiti, Africa and Middle East.
They really can help. However, I caught only small fishes who can buy 
only small loads and the shipping will eat up all their profit.
   - I think now the troubles with quotas and administration are gone. People
have realized the real problem.
