Hi folks, I took the liberty of sending the bit of cat (quoted below) to vnsa
to let you know that Vu, a DHS in the US, is still staying in VN until the
end of June. 

He is trying to find rice, and so he is actively spreading words around about
nice young ladies going to the US for studies. Since so many of you have sent
