But since only ~50% of US adult vote, it is possible that
all those who vote could read.

Vietnam might higher literacy rate than the US, but it is
surely below the boting rate of 99%-100%, which means that it
is impossible that all those who vote could read the ballot paper.

I was wondering what the arrangements to help the voters who
couldn't read are. Eg, taking a friend to tell them who is who,
an official guide, matching the numbers on the ballot paper
to the numbered photographs on display (presumably more people
can read numbers than words)...?
