english learning resource, please share.

I have a question as follow: Is there any tool out there which can
automatically downloads a webpage together with all the documents that
this page points to? My thinking is that once you have got everything on your
local hard drive, you can browse the hypertext w/o the need of waiting for
(often slow) network connections. This would be a best way for browsing 
relatively static site such as the one above.
