Storyline

For their honeymoon, newlyweds Cliff and Cydney head to the tropical islands of Hawaii. While journeying through the paradisaical countryside the couple encounters Kale and Cleo, two disgruntled hitchhikers and Nick and Gina, two wild but well-meaning spirits who help guide them through the lush jungles. The picturesque waterfalls and scenic mountainsides quickly give way to terror when Cliff and Cydney learn of a grisly murder that occurred nearby and realize that they're being followed by chance acquaintances that suspiciously fit the description of the killers. Goofs

Gina discovers that Nick and Cydney are not the people on the pictures, when she takes the camcorder and looks at the contents. She knows now that it must be the material from the victims and that Nick and Courtney stole their camera.

But there should not have been any material left on the camcorder, because we see in the flashback that nick throws away the tape in the sea after they took the camera. See more »

Quotes

Nick: What's the first thing you do when you step onto a plane? Maybe you have a sip of that fine champagne? You do fly in first class, right?
Cliff: I put away my shit like everyone else.
Nick: Well, when I board a plane, making my way back to the cheap seats, I clock every door. I pace off the distance between those exits and my seat. That plane loses power on takeoff, I can make egress in the dark, totally blind. If the aisle crowds up, I'm going to climb over the back on 36D, guy with that shiny-ass toupee, ...

I was really surprise
26 November 2009 | by See all my reviews

I just caught this movie without knowing what it is about other than a thriller, survivor-type genre. I never even caught the trailer before, and boy...i was surprised. i didn't see it coming.

I believed that nowadays, trailers tend to give a lot away or even critiques do, and giving credit to this film, if one were like me, this is one of the best movie experienced.

The characters were all likable and believable and the pacing of the story was handled extremely well. I was neither bored during the slow scenes as it constantly kept the characters growing as individuals. I'd be recommending it as much as other films that i do enjoy
