I purchased a home in Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood in 2006 (new construction). This website serves to inform people interested in purchasing a condo which may be built by those people responsible for my building's construction. In my opinion, the person most responsible for my building's construction is Walter Bladek. It's a fact that Walter Bladek served as the President of our Condominium Association and his signature appears on various closing documents.
