Just call me Li, It's easy , right? In 2000, after I got my B.S. degree from the CS department of Tsinghua University in Beijing, China, I came to the United States as a graduate student at the CS department of University of Wisconsin-Madison.

One of my American friends told me that they Americans know well about  the Chinese culture of twelve animals, so it will not be strange to say that "I'm a horse". Yes, born in 1978, a horse year, I am a horse according to Chinese culture. Just like a young and cute black horse, I'm always curious and ready to start my travel without stop.

August 18th,2000 is a special day for me. On that day, leaving my hometown, I started my adventure in America. Also on that day, I met my excellent fiance, Jeff Qin and began our romantic love.

In my spare time, I have several hobbies to have fun and relax myself, jogging, dancing, listening to music and swimming...............Swimming is my favorite and once during my visit to Jeff at UCSD, he challenged me with swimming......:P He beat me. But now I'm swimming more often and it's promising for me to win soon!!!:)

My resume is available here in PDF, PS or TXT form.
