Findings: Interviews |
|
"Sure, but I only have, like, 30 seconds."
The interviews didn’t provide us with much more than we had already learned from our fly-on-the-wall observations. People were in a hurry and usually weren’t excited to talk to us, suggesting that:
1.) Our robot shouldn’t be the only source of directions in such a setting (in case people are in a hurry and prefer a no-nonsense information source like a map), and
2.) It should help people in as quick and clear a way as possible.
