StatsGuru Filters for Clayton LambertProfile:After making his Test debut in 1991, Clayton Lambert was overlooked by the West Indian selection panel for 6 1/2 years. Strong Domestic play finally convinced the selectors to give the powerful opener another shot. Lambert siezed the opportunity by devasting England and becoming the 3rd oldest West Indian (36) to score a century. His size and unique stance make him easy to recognize. Lambert's footwork is very good and allows him to use his strength to hit the ball hard. He is an intelligent batsman that plays within his abilities. Potentially dangerous.(Doug Harper, November 1998)
