For the six months ended 6/30/01, revenues rose 24% to $1.86 billion. Earnings applicable to LP and Class B unitholders rose 78% to $55.6 million. Results benefited from crude oil and natural gas liquid asset acquisitions, petrochemical pipelines unit growth, and a $17 million litigation settlement.
