PROFILE National Penn Bancshares is the parent of National Penn Bank and Panasia Bank. Through some 60 branches in southeastern Pennsylvania and nearly five branches in New Jersey, the banks provide individual and business customers with a wide range of services including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, and loans. Residential mortgages (nearly 40% of the loan portfolio) are a primary focus for the company. The banks also offer commercial, construction, and consumer loans.
