PROFILE Three Rivers Bancorp is the holding company for Three Rivers Bank and Trust. Spun off from USBANCORP (now AmeriServ Financial), the bank operates about 25 branches in and around Pittsburgh. It offers traditional retail products, such as checking and savings accounts, money market accounts, and CDs. Lending activities mainly consist of commercial loans secured by real estate (nearly 50% of the portfolio) and real estate mortgages (approximately 40%), as well as business and consumer loans. Bank subsidiary TRB Financial Services sells annuities and mutual funds.
