NEWS FROM THE STANDARD FCC Approves Satellite Mobile Phone Services Jul 18 2001 10:27 AM PDT  PROFILE I see, oh, a change in control of ICO, a company that processes petrochemicals and reconditions oil well drilling equipment. The company's subsidiaries grind, blend, and compound petroleum resin pellets into smaller sizes for use in paint and such plastic products as garbage bags and plastic film. In order to focus on its petrochemical businesses (68% of revenues), the company is selling off its oil-field services operations. The change in control?
