PROFILE You can enjoy one company's brews all over Southeast Asia. San Miguel Corporation (SMC) is the largest beverage and food firm in the Philippines, selling its products in about 25 countries. The company brews and distributes beer, including its flagship San Miguel Pale Pilsen, which has about 80% of the Philippine beer market, and Red Horse. Other beverages include fruit juice drinks, mineral water, and spirits. SMC's food and agribusiness units make animal feed, coconut oil, dairy foods, and meat products. SMC's packaging operations make cans, crates, containers, and the like.
