PROFILE Sapporo Breweries supplies the beer and the beer hall. Japan's oldest brewer, it is #3 in that beer market (behind Kirin Brewery and Asahi Breweries) with brews ranging from its flagship Black Label to the pricier Yebisu. Sapporo, which is also the #3 wine seller in Japan, imports wines and makes vintages with distinctly local appeal. Its other products include canned coffee, imported bottled water, and soft drinks. It sells Guinness beer in Japan and licenses Guinness Ireland to make Sapporo's beer for European markets.
