CNOW is currently engaged in the management of Retama Park Racetrack and the development of real estate. For the three months ended 3/31/01, revenues rose 7% to $1.2 million. Net loss rose 2% to $89 thousand. Results reflect increased racerack attendance and improvement of simulcast betting facilities, offset by increased racetrack activity.
