The Company Stores serviced approximately 2,117,000 vehicles in fiscal 2001.

Financial Summary
MNRO is a chain of 511 Company-operated and 19 dealer-operated stores that provide services on exhaust systems, brakes, steering, drive trains, suspension and wheel alignment for cars, light trucks and vans. For the fiscal year ended 3/31/01, sales remained flat at $223 million. Net income increased 18% to $9.7 million. Results reflect an increased gross profit due to a decrease in technician labor costs as a result of improved productivity and control.
