Business Summary
Educational Video Conferencing Inc. aggregates educational and training content provided by others and delivers it to remote locations, synchronously using interactive video conferencing technologies, and asynchronously using the narrow band Internet. These technologies include the Company's broadband network design and enabling technology that permits video conferencing at approximately 30 frames per second (broadcast quality). The Company also provides on campus education and training, currently through Interboro Institute, a two-year college located in New York City. The Company's campus education segment provided approximately 87% of its revenues during 2000. The Company is offering and delivering educational and training content to a limited number of corporate customers, outreach programs and school districts. In 2000, the Company delivered higher education courses principally to employees of Citibank, N.A., American International Group Inc. and Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc.

Financial Summary
EVCI delivers accredited college courses and degree programs, as well as professional development, coporate training and other programs, to students, corporations and others via interactive video conferencing systems. For the three months ended 3/01, net revenues rose 13% to $2.5 million. Net loss applicable to Common rose 1% to $1.9 million. Results reflect an increase in student course registrations, offset by an increase in payroll and benefits.
