Disposal

(Safe
Tire),
operates
one
plant
in
Oklahoma
and
three
plants
in
Texas
at
which
it
recycles
tires.

accept
waste
tires
from
tire
retailers,
stations,
yards
and
from
clean-up
jobs
with
governmental
agencies,
private
individuals
and
companies.

has
developed
a
process
in
which
it
uses
shredders
to
reduce

tires

chips

pieces
of
rubber
ranging
from
two
inches
to
.5
inch
in
diameter.
These
chips
can
be
used
for
energy
recovery
as
"Tire
Derived
Fuel,"
or
for
manufacturing
and
engineering
applications
(referred
to
as
Tire
Derived
Product).
The
Company
has
effected
proprietary
improvements
in
its
technology,
which
it
believes
will
permit
it
to
increase
production
by
shortening
the
production
cycle,
and
thus
lower
the
cost
of
the
end
