anticipated
new
service
agreements,
enable
E-Z
FON
to
provide
local
phone
service,
voicemail,
long
distance
and
dial-up
Internet
service.
In
conjunction
with
the
acquisition
of
JetCo,
Wolfpack
determined
that
it
was
in
the
Company's
best
interest
to
concentrate
on
its
telecommunications
business,
and
sold
AAM
and
Dina
