developments
designed

located.
The
Communities
are
similar
to
typical
residential
subdivisions
containing
centralized
entrances,
paved
streets,
curbs
and
gutters
and
parkways.

addition,
these
Communities
often

a
clubhouse
for
social
activities
and
recreation
and
other
amenities,
which
may
include
swimming
pools,
shuffleboard
courts,
tennis
courts,
laundry
facilities
and
cable
television
service.
Utilities
are
provided
or
arranged
for
by
the
owner
of
the
Community.
Some
Communities
provide
water
and
sewer
service
through
public
or
private
utilities,
while
others
provide
these
services
to
residents
from
on-site
