The Company's operations are generally conducted under the name S&K Famous Brand Menswear (S&K). As of March 24, 2001, there were 237 stores in 27 states.

For the six months ended 8/4/01, revenues decreased 1% to $77.3 million. Net income decreased 8% to $1.4 million. Revenues reflect a decrease in same store sales. Earnings also reflect increased costs of sales as a percentage of revenues.
