Business Summary
Cytation Corporation, formerly known as CollegeLink.com, Inc., was dedicated to serving as a comprehensive high school and college resource. The Company provided a broad range of offline and online services directed at high school students and their parents, high school guidance counselors, college admissions officers and corporations which target the teen marketplace. The Company offered three success-based, in-school presentation programs to high schools: Making College Count, Making High School Count, and Making Your College Search Count. Cytation also offered an orientation program to college freshmen. These programs were offered for free to high schools and students and sponsored by corporations seeking to reach this demographic group. In June 2001, the Company sold its last remaining revenue-generating segments.

Financial Summary
CYTY provided college-bound students and their families with solutions to the college admissions process, from college selection to submission of college, financial aid and scholarship applications. The Company sold its operations in June 2001. For the comparable six months ended 6/30/01 revenues totalled $3.1 million, up from $1.2 million. Net loss applicable to Common fell 58% to $1.7 million. Revenues reflect acquisitions. Loss reflects decreased technology expenses.
