Brandywine Realty Trust is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT) active in acquiring, developing, redeveloping, leasing and managing office and industrial properties. The Company owns 197 office properties, 52 industrial facilities and one mixed-use property and managed an additional 47 properties. The Company also owns approximately 477 acres of undeveloped land and held options to purchase approximately 89 additional acres. The properties, owned and managed by the Company, are located in the office and industrial markets surrounding Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Long Island, New York and Richmond, Virginia.

Financial Summary
Brandywine Realty Trust is a real estate investment trust engaged in the ownership, management, leasing, acquisition and development of suburban office properties. For the six months ended 6/01, revenues rose 7% to $154.1 million. Net income applicable to Com. before extraordinary item fell 29% to $11 million. Revenues benefited from increased rental rates and occupancy. Net income was offset by an increase in deferred compensation amortization and personnel charges.
