The Company is comprised of two business segments. The Company sells prescription and nonprescription human and veterinary products through its Medical Services Division and consumer and bulk raw material products through its consumer products subsidiary, Caraloe, Inc.

Financial Summary

For the six months ended 6/30/01 sales fell 29% to $9 million. Net income totalled $286 thousand, vs. a loss of $1.2 million. Revenues reflect lower sales from Caraloe. Earnings reflect lower S/G/A costs and the absence of clinical trials.
