Financial Summary
Mannesmann AG is a German corporation with four core sectors: Engineering, Automotive, Telecommunications and Tubes. For the fiscal year ended 12/31/99 revenues rose 22% to EUR23.27 billion. Net income totaled EUR529M, up from EUR239M. Revenues reflect the pre-rated inclusion of Omnitel and Infostrada and the continued market success of Mobilfuk and Arcor. Earnings also benefitted from the efficiencies associated with a higher level of revenue.
