Business Summary
SL Green Realty Corp. is a self-managed real estate investment trust with in-house capabilities in property management, acquisitions, financing, development, construction and leasing. Substantially all of the Company's assets are held by, and all of its operations are conducted through, SL Green Operating Partnership, L.P. As of December 31, 2000, the Company's wholly owned portfolio consisted of 19 Class B commercial properties encompassing approximately 6.7 million rentable square feet located primarily in Midtown Manhattan, a borough of New York City, and one triple-net leased property located in Shelton, Connecticut.

Financial Summary
SL Green Realty Corp., a REIT, is engaged in the business of owning, managing, leasing, acquiring and repositioning of Class B office properties in Manhattan, NY. For the six months ended 6/30/01, revenues rose 20% to $133.5 million. Net income applicable to Common before extraordinary item and acct. change fell 22% to $27.5 million. Results reflect acquisitions and higher occupancy at Same-Store Properties, offset by lower gains on the sale of rental properties.
