Company
was
re-formed
on
November
1,
1997
by
the
amalgamation
of
the
old
MPD
and
444965
B.C.
Ltd.
pursuant
to
an
amalgamation
agreement
dated
August
21,
1997.

wholly
owned
subsidiary
of
Glenmore
Highlands
Inc.
Pursuant
to
Mountain
Glen
Mining
amalgamating
with
Glenmore,
the
Company
acquired
mineral
properties
in
