Business Summary
CASCO International, Inc. designs, administers and fulfills associate recognition programs. The Company's programs fall into two broad categories, service recognition, and safety incentive and recognition. The programs include safety, sales incentive, quality control, production, service recognition, attendance, birthday and corporate holiday gift programs. The Company's programs feature merchandise from manufacturers such as Sony, Philips Magnavox, Waterford, Bulova, Canon, Bushnell and Black & Decker. The items in a client's program are separated into various price levels, allowing the client to select price levels that fit his or her budget. CASCO partners with clients to design and produce brochures that reflect the client's corporate identity. These brochures are designed and produced in-house by the Company's creative services department. The Company also produces a catalog of pre-selected merchandise, arranged in various price levels, from which clients may build programs.

Financial Summary
CASCO International, Inc. is engaged in the design, implementation and fulfillment of associate incentive awards and recognition programs for businesses throughout the United States. For the six months ended 6/01, revenues rose less than 1% to $10.6 million. Net income totalled $173 thousand vs. a loss of $22 thousand. Results reflect the inclusion of revenues from new customers, along with improved margins due to the exiting of low margin custom accounts.
