rental

subject

long-term
ground
leases

third
party
owns

has
leased
the
underlying
land
to
the
Company.
In
each
of
these
situations,
the
rental
payments
made
to
the
landowner
are
passed
on
to
the
Company's
tenant.
At
the
end
of
these
long-term
ground
leases,
unless
extended,
the
land,
together
with
all
improvements
thereon,
reverts
to
the
