As of December 31, 2000, the Trust's portfolio was comprised of Atrium at Alpha Business Center, a multi-tenant office building located in Bloomington, Minnesota; Applied Communications, Inc. Office Building, a single-tenant office building located in Omaha, Nebraska; Franklin Park Distribution Center, a warehouse and distribution facility in Franklin Park, Illinois, and North Winn Apartments, a 110-unit multi-family complex located in Kansas City, Missouri. These properties generated 43%, 38%, 12% and 7% of total revenues, respectively, for the year ended December 31, 2000.
