The Company's welding product offerings also include regulators and torches used in oxy-fuel welding and cutting.

Financial Summary
Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. is a full-line manufacturer of welding and cutting products. For the six months ended 6/30/01, net sales decreased 10% to $502 million. Net income decreased 19% to $43.8 million. Revenues reflect lower industrial customer and distributor demand due to market softness and the devaluation of foreign currencies. Net income also reflects a decreased gross profit due to lower sales volumes.
