iVideoNow, Inc. designs and develops complete multimedia and Internet communications solutions for corporations and provides public companies with communication tools for investor relations, safety reporting and employee outreach. For the six months ended 6/30/01, revenue fell 61% to $131 thousand. Net loss increased 77% to $763 thousand. Results reflect reduced sales of CDs due to a change in the Company's marketing efforts, and higher payroll expenses.
