Financial Summary
SGA is a broadcast company that as of 3/00 owns and/or operates 45 radio stations, five television station and three state radio networks in mid-sized markets throughout the United States. For the six months ended 6/30/01, revenues increased 5% to $50.8 million. Net income increased 18% to $3.4 million. Revenues reflect the acquisitions of stations. Net income also reflects a decrease in depreciation and amortization and corporate overhead expenses as a percentage of revenues.
