Financial Summary
e-MedSoft.com has developed an Internet-based information transaction platform application and software designed to facilitate and streamline interactions among physicians, payers, suppliers, providers and patients. For the three months ended 6/30/01, revenues fell 55% to $8.9 million. Net loss from continuing operations rose 35% to $13.5 million. Revenues reflect the absence of Network sales. Higher loss reflects non-cash compensation expense for security purchase agreement.
