Women's accessories consist of women's jewelry products, primarily necklaces, earrings, pendants, chokers, bracelets, hair ornaments and scarf clips which are distributed under the names Anne Klein and Anne Klein II, Guess?, Kenneth Cole and DKNY.

Financial Summary
Swank manufactures, sells and distributes men's jewelry, belts, leather accessories and suspenders and women's jewelry, all available through retailers worldwide. For the six months ended 6/30/01, net sales decreased 13% to $40.3 million. Net loss from continuing operations increased 31% to $4.1 million. Revenues reflect lower shipments of private label belts and personal leather goods. Higher loss reflects the absence of a $2.1 million benefit for income taxes.
