At December 31, 2000, the Company had total assets of $95.4 million, total deposits of $65.1 million, and stockholders' equity of $20.9 million.

Financial Summary
WCFB operates a federally chartered capital stock savings bank located in Webster City, Iowa. For the six months ended 6/30/01, total interest income rose 3% to $3.4 million. Net interest income after loan loss provision fell 8% to $1.6 million. Net income fell 17% to $554 thousand. Net interest income reflects an increase in average loans outstanding, offset by increased FHLB advances. Earnings reflect the addition of three persons employed at the Security Title.
