TXCO's oil and gas operations are located primarily in Taxes, North Dakota and Montana. For the six months ended 6/30/01, revenues rose 72% to $9.7 million. Net income totaled $2.7 million, up from $1.3 million. Results reflect increased gas prices realized during the current period and increased interest income.
