arsenide

much

speeds
than
silicon
devices,
or
operate
at
the
same
speeds
with
reduced
power
consumption.

the
Company
acquired
Sawtek
Inc.,
a
designer,
developer,
manufacturer
and
marketer
of
electronic
signal
processing
