Entravision Communications Corporation is a diversified media company, utilizing a combination of television, radio, outdoor and publishing operations to reach Hispanic consumers in the United States. The Company owns and operates television stations in 22 United States markets. Univision Communications Inc. is a key source of programming for the Company's television broadcasting business. The Company also owns and/or operates 58 radio stations in 25 markets, including Spanish-language stations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix and Dallas-Ft. Worth. Its outdoor operations consist of approximately 11,200 advertising faces, concentrated primarily in high-density Hispanic communities in Los Angeles and New York. The Company also owns El Diario/la Prensa, one of the oldest Spanish-language daily newspapers in the United States.

Financial Summary
Entravision Communications is a diversified media company utilizing a combination of television, radio, outdoor and publishing operations to reach Hispanic consumers in the United States. For the six months ended 6/30/01, net revenue rose 90% to $100.8 million. Net loss applicable to Common (vs. pro forma) fell 32% to $33.4 million. Results reflect higher radio station revenues due to acquisitions, partially offset by increased amortization.
