Financial Summary
Chicago Bridge and Iron is engaged in the engineering, design, fabrication, field erection and repair of bulk liquid terminals, steel tanks, pressure vessels, low temp. and cryogenic storage facilities and other steel plate structures. For the six months ended 6/30/01, revenues rose 62% to $499.2 million. Net income from continuing operations rose 81% to $12.6 million. Results reflect the upturn in capital spending by major oil producers and improved operating margins.
