The Company hopes to position itself as a leader in the production and delivery of interactive multimedia content in Asia, particularly in the field of education and information services. In 2000, DBBN was primarily involved in the design, development and production of interactive multimedia Websites and content. Presently, DBBN is in the process of building a wireless broadband network, VISIONET, in Malaysia and the Company plans to seek to acquire additional broadband licenses and spectrum rights in other markets in Asia.

Bhd, a Malaysian Corporation. For the six months ended 6/30/01, revenues rose 43% to $1.7 million. Net loss totalled $323 thousand, up from $142 thousand. Revenues reflect increased fees earned from the production of multimedia programs. Loss reflects the absence of a gain on the sale of assets.
