The Company generally serves individuals with limited access to other sources of consumer credit from banks, savings and loans, other consumer finance businesses and credit cards.

Financial Summary

For the three months ended 6/30/01, total revenues rose 13% to $30.4 million. Net income rose 15% to $3.7 million. Results reflect increased interest and fee income due to higher average loan balances, and lower interest expense.
