Financial Summary
Jefferies Group, Inc. is a holding company engaged in securities brokerage and trading, corporate finance and other financial services. For the six months ended 6/29/01, revenues increased 13% to $425.6 million. Net income rose 18% to $32.2 million. Results benefited from an increase in corporate finance and equity trading revenues. Net income also benefited from lower interest expenses.
