transferred
its
e-Logic
software
systems
assets
to
Overit
Multimedia,
a
diversified
software
and
multimedia
company.
As
a
result
of
the
transaction,
Upside
will
receive
free
use
of
the
software
and
other
services
at
significantly
reduced
