C-COR.net Corporation (C-COR) designs, manufactures and markets network transmission products, and provides services and support to information service providers. C-COR offers a comprehensive range of products, including RF (radio frequency) amplifiers, and fiber optic equipment for the network headend, node and RF plant. The Company's services focus on enabling and supporting reliable, high-speed broadband communications over hybrid fiber coax (HFC) networks. These services include network management and enabling services, high-speed data certification, system integration services, data security solutions, network engineering and design, system activation, network optimization, and system maintenance. In August 2001, the Company announced that it is realigning itself into three business divisions as part of its strategic plan to provide the broadband market with a full complement of advanced network products and services.

Financial Summary
C-COR.net Corp. designs, manufactures and markets network transmission products and provides services and support to information service providers. For the fiscal year ended 6/29/01, net sales declined 21% to $223.3 million. Net loss from continuing operations totaled $7.8 million vs. an income of $14.5 million. Revenues reflect lower demand for technical services performed in customers' plants. Net loss reflects a lower gross margin and a $1.5 million acquired in-process R&D charge.
