The Company currently owns and operates 30 FM and 14 AM radio stations in 11 markets in California, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas. The Company has entered into written agreements to acquire four additional stations in two of its existing markets, Erie, Pennsylvania and St. Cloud, Minnesota, and currently provides programming and certain other services to the St. Cloud stations pending completion of their purchase. Regent also has agreed to sell three stations in one of its existing markets in Palmdale, California.

Financial Summary
Regent Communications is a radio broadcasting company focused on acquiring, developing and operating radio stations in small and mid-sized markets. Regent currently owns 29 FM and 15 AM radio stations in eight states. For the six months ended 6/30/01, net revenues rose 43% to $26 million. Net income before extraordinary item applicable to Common totaled $1.5 million vs. a loss of $28.9 million. Results reflect additional stations and the absence of preferred accretion.
