SERENA's product offerings support the industry standard IBM mainframe platforms. In addition, the Company develops, markets and supports an SCM product suite for the distributed systems environment to support Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT, UNIX, LINUX and HP e 3000 platforms.

Results reflect increased demand for third-party software change management solutions, partially offset by increased amortization.
