Business Summary
Reckson Associates Realty Corp., together with Reckson Operating Partnership, L.P. and their affiliates, operates as a fully integrated, self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust. As of December 31, 2000, the Company owned 188 properties (including 10 joint venture properties) in the Tri-State Area encompassing approximately 21.3 million rentable square feet, all of which are managed by the Company. The Properties consist of 65 Class A office properties encompassing approximately 9.1 million rentable square feet, 17 Class A CBD Office Properties encompassing approximately 5.3 million rentable square feet, 104 industrial properties encompassing approximately 6.8 million rentable square feet and two 10,000-square-foot retail properties. The Company also owns a 357,000-square-foot office building located in Orlando, Florida.

Financial Summary
Reckson Associates Realty is a real estate investment trust. The Company owns, develops, acquires, constructs, manages and leases suburban office and industrial properties in the NY area. For the six months ended 6/30/01, revenues rose 8% to $263.3 million. Net income applicable to Common rose 8% to $30.4 million. Revenues reflect increased occupancies and rental rates. Earnings were partially offset by legal and professional fees and an increase in depreciation expense.
