Business Summary
SEI Corp.'s principal wholly owned subsidiaries are SEI Investments Distribution Company (SIDCO), SEI Investments Management Corporation (SIMC) and SEI Trust Company (SEI Trust). SIDCO is a broker-dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). SIMC is an investment advisor. SEI Trust is a trust entity chartered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. SIDCO and SIMC also provide a full range of administration and distribution services to proprietary mutual funds established by banks and other financial institutions and intermediaries. The client serves as the investment advisor for the proprietary funds, and the funds are sold primarily to customers of the client. SEIC is organized around its four primary business lines, which are Technology Services, Asset Management, Mutual Fund Services and Investments in New Businesses.

Financial Summary
SEIC is organized around its four primary business lines: Technology Services, Asset Management, Mutual Fund Services, and Investments in New Businesses. For the six months ended 6/30/01, revenues rose 16% to $329.8 million. Net income rose 40% to $59.9 million. Revenues reflect growth in recurring processing fees from technology services and the asset management business. Earnings also reflect increased interest income and equity interest in LSV Asset Management.
