February

announced
that
it
had
reached
an
agreement
to
sell
its
business
to
a
corporation
controlled
by
WOWtown.com's
management.
If
the
sale
is
completed,
the
Company
will
attempt
to
acquire
a
new
business
that
will
provide
greater
value
to
