(IRS)
more
than
$300,000
for
employee
withholding
taxes,

its
license
with
the
National
Association
of
Securities
Dealers
(NASD)
has
been
revoked
for
failure
to
comply
with
an
arbitration
award
against
Equities.
In
addition,
in
April
2001,
a
former
employee
of
FAS
had
purchased
shares
of
stock
of
a
company
using
funds
out
of
another
customer's
account,
to
which
the
employee
did
not
have
authorization.
As
a
result
of
the
problems
caused
by
this
former
employee,
FAS
is
below
its
minimum
net
capital
requirements
imposed
by
the
NASD
and
is
currently
unable
to
conduct
