CAH is a holding company that provides products and services to healthcare providers and manufacturers to help them improve the efficiency and quality of healthcare. For the fiscal year ended 6/30/01, revenues rose 25% to $47.95 billion. Net income rose 19% to $857.4 million. Revenues benefited from new corporate agreements and strong demand for pharmaceuticals. Net income was partially offset by a lower margin product mix and increased non-recurring charges.
