Financial Summary
E-Cruiter.com, Inc., through the use of E-Cruiter Express software, provides Internet-based recruiting services to companies of all sizes. For the fiscal year ended 5/31/01, revenues totalled C$3.1 million, up from C$1.8 million. Net loss before U.S. GAAP rose 5% to C$7.6 million. Revenues benefited from acquisitions, new agreements and the release of E-Cruiter 3.0 and 3.1. Higher loss reflects increased sales, administrative and R&D expenses.
