For the six months ended 6/30/01, revenues rose 7% to $123.7 million. Net loss before extraordinary item totaled $7.3 million vs. an income of $1.4 million. Revenues reflect the acquisition of SOFTBANK Forums Japan. Higher loss reflects higher personnel expenses and an increase in interest expenses.
