Six Flags, Inc. is a regional theme park operator. The 38 parks it operates had attendance of approximately 46.4 million in 2000. These parks include Six Flags AstroWorld and the separately gated adjacent Six Flags WaterWorld are located in Houston, Texas; Six Flags Darien Lake & Camping Resort; Six Flags Elitch Gardens; Six Flags Fiesta Texas; Six Flags Great Adventure, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor and Six Flags Wild Safari Animal Park; Six Flags Great America; and Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom. The Company's international parks include Six Flags Belgium, Six Flags Holland, Six Flags Mexico, Bellewaerde, Walibi Aquitaine, Walibi Rhone-Alpes, Walibi Schtroumpf, Warner Bros. Movie World Germany and Warner Bros. Movie World Madrid (under construction).

Financial Summary
PKS owns and operates 35 regional amusement and waterparks. The parks are individually themed and provide a family-oriented entertainment experience. The Company also owns an exotic wildlife and marine park. For the six months ended 6/01, revenues rose 5% to $391.6 million. Net loss applicable to Common before extraordinary item rose 13% to $124.3 million. Revenues reflect the acquisition of parks. Net income was offset by increased operating expenses due to the additional parks.
