OrthoLogic Corporation develops, manufactures and markets proprietary, technologically advanced orthopedic products and packaged services for the orthopedic healthcare market, including bone growth stimulation devices and continuous passive motion devices. OrthoLogic's products are designed to enhance the healing of diseased, damaged, degenerated or recently repaired musculoskeletal tissue. One of the Company's products, the OL1000, is a portable, non-invasive, physician-prescribed electromagnetic field bone growth stimulator designed for patients with a nonunion fracture of certain long bones. Another product, Spinalogic, is a portable, non-invasive, electromagnetic field bone growth stimulator that enhances the healing process as an adjunct to spinal fusion surgery.

Financial Summary
OrthoLogic Corporation develops, manufactures and markets technologically advanced orthopedic products and packaged services for the health care market. For the six months ended 6/30/01, revenues fell 3% to $43.8 million. Net loss totaled $14.8 million vs. an income of $1.2 million. Revenues reflect the termination of licensing agreement with Sanofi-Synthelabo, Inc. Net loss reflects a one-time cost of $14.3 million related to the sale of Continuous Passive Motion.
