Corporation

securitization

retail
installment
contracts

franchised

focuses
its
efforts
on
acquiring
near-prime
Contracts
collateralized

late-model

purchase,
origination
and
servicing
of
Contracts
in
1994,
the
Company
has
purchased
or
originated

excess
of
$5.5
billion
in
Contracts.
As
of
December
31,
2000,
the
Company
had
19
Auto
Finance
Centers
located
throughout
the
United
States,
and
had
an
active
dealer
base
of
approximately
9,700
dealerships.
