TGS'
capacity

firm
long-term
transportation
contracts.
TGS

processor
of
natural
gas
and
a
marketer
of
liquid
petroleum
gases
in
Argentina.
The
Company
also
operates
the
General
Cerri
gas
processing
complex
and
the
associated
Galvan
loading
and
storage
facility
in
Bahia
Blanca,
Buenos
Aires
Province,
where
natural
gas
liquids
are
separated
from
gas
transported
through
the
Company's
pipeline
system
and
stored
for
delivery.
TGS
was
created
in
connection
with
the
privatization
of
Gas
del
Estado
S.E.,
the
state-owned
gas
