Financial Summary
IMS Health, Inc. is a global provider of information solutions to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, including market information and decision-support services. For the six months ended 6/30/01, operating revenue fell 8% to $663.9 million. Net income fell 2% to $130.4 million. Revenues reflect the absence of Synavant and Erisco revenues following their dispositions. Earnings were partially offset by improved operating margins.
