The Company's broad offering of products and services enable marketers, Websites and e-commerce merchants to use the Internet as well as other interactive media to recruit and retain customers. Its products and services allow marketers to get better results from their marketing campaigns and allow Websites to more effectively monetize their audiences. At the core of its solution is its Engage Knowledge database. Engage Knowledge is a database that contains over 84 million user profiles collected from participating Websites across the Internet. The Company's revenues are derived from three principal business segments: Engage Media, Engage Media Management and Engage Software and Consulting. The Company is a majority-owned operating subsidiary of CMGI, Inc.

Financial Summary
ENGA, a majority-owned operating company of CMGI, is a leading enterprise marketing software and interactive media company. ENGA helps marketers target online audiences and convert them into loyal customers. For the nine months ended 4/30/01, revenues fell 14% to $94.5 million. Net loss totaled $946 million, up from $265.6 million. Results reflect lower sales in the Media segment due to lower advertising spending and increased assets impairment charges.
