result,
these
plants

exempt
from
rate
regulations
and
other
significant
regulatory
requirements.
The
Environmental
Division
provides
services
including
consultation,
remediation,
recovery
and
utilities
services,
with
a
geographic
focus
in
the
Midwestern
United
