Wink Communications, Inc. offers an enhanced television broadcasting system that adds interactivity and electronic commerce opportunities to traditional television programming and advertising. For the six months ended 6/30/01, revenues rose from $1.2 million to $3.9 million. Net loss rose from $11.8 million to $27.1 million. Results reflect increased consulting and installation services with related parties, offset by the launch of W.E.B. and higher warrant amortization costs.
