formed

venture

DTR

Agribusiness
Partners
International
L.P.
(API)
established
the
FoodMaster
International
LLC
(FMI)
joint
venture
to
acquire
and
operate
dairy
processing
facilities
in
the
fSU.
All
of
FMI's
subsidiaries
are
operating
plants
for
manufacturing
dairy
products,
or
distribution
companies
to
facilitate
the
distribution
of
these
