sale

purification
devices.
On
February
6,
1998,
the
Company
sold
substantially
all
of
its
assets
to
Cascade
Designs,
Inc.
Upon
consummation
of
the
Sale,
the
Company's
only
significant
asset
was
cash
and
cash
equivalents
of
approximately
$1.2
