Lift,

in
1999,
are
currently
the
second
largest
brands.
Through
the
end
of
1994,
the
Company
sold
Extra
Poma,
an
apple-flavored
soft
drink,
and
Etiqueta
Azul,
a
carbonated
mineral
water,
in
the
Mexican
Territories
pursuant
to
various
licenses
and
distribution
agreements
with
Cadbury
Schweppes
PLC.
These
agreements
expired
in
1994,
but
the
Company
continues
to
sell
Etiqueta
Azul
pursuant
to
an
informal
understanding
with
Cadbury.
In
addition,
the
Company
distributes
Penafiel,
another
Cadbury
product,
in
the
Tapachula
area
of
the
Southeast
