Hahn Automotive Warehouse, Inc. is engaged in the sale of automotive aftermarket products to commercial service establishments on a regional basis, and to consumers via the Internet. The Company's traditional business is conducted through ten full-service distribution centers, four specialty-distribution centers and seven direct-distribution centers. The Company also operates a chain of 77 jobbing stores, generally acting under the Advantage Auto Stores name. In Dayton, Ohio, Company-owned jobbing stores operate as Genuine Parts Company, and in Canandaigua and East Rochester, New York, stores operate as Finn Auto Parts and Eagle Auto Parts, respectively. Company-owned jobbing stores are located only in regions supplied by the Company's full-service distribution centers The Company's operations are located along the Eastern Seaboard and in the Midwest.

Financial Summary
Hahn Automotive Warehouse is engaged in the sale of automotive aftermarket products to commercial service establishments on a regional basis. For the nine months ended 6/30/01, revenues decreased 4% to $90.4 million. Net income rose 51% to $233 thousand. Revenues suffered from increased competition and the general softness in the auto parts industry. Earnings were offset by a decrease in selling, general and administrative expenses.
