PROFILE These Big Boys are partial to beef burgers. Frisch's Restaurants operates almost 90 Big Boy family restaurants under a franchise license and sub-licenses 36 more locations in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. It also operates seven Golden Corral steak houses. Looking to increase shareholder value, the company has announced plans to expand its restaurant holdings, opening as many as 75 new Big Boys and 40 Golden Corrals. It also is disposing of two hotels it has owned since the 1960s and using the proceeds to pay down debt.
