Serra Automotive, Inc.
 PROFILE
Serra Automotive (which does business as Serra Organization) is in the driver's seat as the parent company of Team Management, owner and operator of about 25 auto dealerships. The dealerships sell Buick, Chevrolet, Honda, GMC, and other makes in California, Colorado, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, and Tennessee. It sold its Georgia Ford dealerships in 1999. The company, one of the nation's top dealerships, was formed in 1972 by Albert Serra, father of chairman, president, and CEO Joseph Serra. The pair, along with a handful of other dealership owners, formed Driver's Mart, a 10-location chain of used-vehicle superstores that was absorbed in 1998 by AutoNation. Joseph Serra owns Serra Automotive.
